About Me

My name is Amanda Esser, I am a Storyboarder, Project Manager, Character Artist, and Animator. I current attend Southern Oregon University as a Senior dual majoring in Emerging Media Digital Arts and Music. I will be receiving my degree in June.

I have a huge dedication to my craft and the world of animation. I am an engaged learner, can pick up new processes quickly, and respond well to criticism. Collaborating with peers is something I enjoy and am good at. In my college career, I have become president and founder of Southern Oregon University’s Animation Club, where we simulate a studio-like environment and create animated shorts. With this experience, I have developed a good grasp of how to work well with my peers and better my own abilities. I have also become a current mentee with the Storyboard Art Mentorship. I am not afraid to take risks and try new things, and I will always strive to learn the most I can about the animation pipeline and production.
